In her first two years in San Francisco, Casey has participated in a dizzying array of shows. Her paintings have been displayed in venues ranging from a castle in France to a sandy parking lot in Pacifica. With a studio encased in fog and a ridiculous amount of optimism she has created a tangible electricity that pushes people into feeling.

In her imagery, Casey is accessible. The paintings she creates are often autobiographical dialogues that capture both her inner 12 year old and a woman who should know better. She paints what she lives and what she feels. flowing lines and familiar faces are tweaked to curious forms, punctuated by inside jokes and intentional imperfections. Layer upon layer of paint and playful scrawling thoughts linger beneath the finished surface, leaving the response abstract, difficult to explain because it has to be felt. No one could falsify the energy her paintings display. She has the power to change the way people see themselves.

Casey was born and raised in Florida. She received a bachelor's degree in fine art from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. She has exhibited in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Melbourne, and most recently Cote Des Basques, France. Casey's 'painted room' at the acclaimed HOTEL DES ARTS in San Francisco was featured in the New York Times, and she has completed corporate commissions for Start Mobile, Quicksilver, Etnies, Cooler magazine and non-profit organizations, including Best Buddies, Keep-A-Breast, the SurfRider Foundation, ReefCheck, the UCSF Children's Hospital Family House, and Glide Memorial Church.
